Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. That is your right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we do not make it difficult.

How to return something

1. Email hello@stillandwick.co.uk with your order number.
2. We send you a return address.
3. Post it back within 14 days of telling us.

Condition

Items should come back unused, with the seals intact where there were seals, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened bath or body products.

Who pays postage

If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, we pay. If you changed your mind, return postage is yours. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days of the item arriving back with us, to the card you paid with. Original delivery costs are refunded where the whole order is returned.
